The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions, including point-of-sale (POS), kiosks, and eCommerce. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Dynamics 365 Commerce, experience with customization and integration, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements related to Dynamics 365 Commerce and provide technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations for Dynamics 365 Commerce.
- Perform system configurations, customizations, and data migrations for Commerce solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and scripts to enhance Commerce functionality.
- Advise clients on best practices for implementing and optimizing Dynamics 365 Commerce to meet their business needs.
- Collaborate with other consultants, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Commerce projects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation for Commerce solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 Commerce and related technologies.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Technical Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.
- Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Commerce, including customization, configuration, and integration.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, ReactJS, and SQL [2] used for building customizations in Dynamics 365 Commerce.
- Experience with Azure services and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and data integration techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Commerce or related technologies are preferred.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce modules such as POS, kiosks, and eCommerce.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Understanding of data security and compliance requirements is preferred.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
- Spoken English or Chinese is preferred.
